Team members and roles
Inviting colleagues and what each role can do.
Roles
- Owner — everything, including billing and deleting the workspace. There is always at least one owner.
- Admin — everything except billing and workspace deletion.
- Member — can view the portfolio, run scans, and create reports. Cannot change branding, invite people, or remove domains.
Inviting
Send an invitation from Settings → Team. Invitations expire after seven days. There is no
per-seat charge on any plan.
Removing someone
Removing a membership takes effect on that person's very next request — permissions are checked
against the database on every request, never read from a cookie.
