Quickstart: your first ten minutes

Create a workspace, add your first clients and domains, and generate a report.

1. Run one scan before anything else

Go to Scan and enter the domain of the client you are most confident about. This takes about

thirty seconds and it is the fastest way to understand what the product gives you. In our

experience the confident client is the one that surprises people.

2. Add your clients

A client is one of your customers. A domain belongs to a client. Grouping matters because

a client with a main site, a booking subdomain and an old brand domain should get one roll-up

score, not three unrelated ones.

Create clients first, then add domains under them. You can also bulk-add: paste a list of domains,

one per line, and assign them afterwards.

3. Let the first scans finish

Every domain you add is queued immediately. A sixty-domain portfolio is usually complete within a

few minutes. You do not need to stay on the page.

4. Work the red rows

Your portfolio is sorted worst-first by default. Every finding tells you three things: what is

true, why it matters in language a business owner understands, and the exact change to make.

Start with anything marked critical — those are findings where the consequence is immediate,

like an expired certificate or a domain that authorises the entire internet to send email as it.

5. Generate a report

Open a client and choose Create report. On a paid plan this comes out under your own branding.

Share the link, or print it to PDF from your browser.

What "activated" means

We consider a workspace properly set up when it has at least three monitored domains and one

report created. That is the point at which the product starts doing work for you rather than

waiting for you.

Still stuck?

Send us a message — include the domain and we will look at it.
