Exporting and deleting your data

Export

Settings → Data produces a JSON export of your clients, domains, scan history and reports.

There is no charge and no waiting period.

Deleting a workspace

Deleting a workspace immediately removes it from the product and queues permanent deletion of its

clients, domains, scans and reports. Deletion completes within 30 days.

Deleting your user account

Deleting your user account removes you from every workspace and deletes your login. If you are

the sole owner of a workspace, you must transfer ownership or delete the workspace first — we

will not silently orphan a workspace that other people may depend on.

What we keep

Invoices and the records required for tax and accounting are retained for seven years, as we are

legally required to. They contain your billing details and nothing about your clients' domains.
